Cynthia Lundy, CCC-SLP
Cynthia Lundy is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA certificed clinician with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in orofacial myofunctional disorders, airway-focused therapy, oral function, and neuromuscular retraining. Her work centers on identifying and treating dysfunctional oral and facial muscle patterns that impact breathing, swallowing, speech production, craniofacial development, sleep quality, and overall oral health.
She evaluates and treats patients of all ages with a wide range of speech, language, cognition, feeding, swallowing disorders, and myofunctional disorders. Cynthia has extensive experience as a practice owner, academic lecturer and clinical supervisor. She works collaboratively with dental professionals, orthodontists, ENTs, sleep specialists, and other healthcare providers to support comprehensive, interdisciplinary patient care. Cynthia is particularly passionate about early identification of myofunctional disorders, recognizing the significant relationship between oral function, facial growth, respiration, sleep, and quality of life.
In addition to direct patient care, Cynthia is a certified hypnotherapist and wellness/life coach committed to patient and family education, helping individuals understand the connection between oral habits, airway health, muscle function, and overall wellness. She is known for her collaborative communication style, strong clinical insight, and ability to create individualized treatment plans that support functional and sustainable outcomes.
